Mustard Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
3 Tbs honey
1 Tbs light brown sugar
3 Tbs cider vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
Tabasco sauce (to taste)
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Whisk all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). The sauce gets better the longer it has for the flavors to meld. Bring to room temperature before using.
Note: This sauce is particularly good with grilled seafood.
