Spiced Nuts

1 egg white
2 cups whole almonds, pecan halves or walnut halves
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking liner and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine sugar and spices and set aside. In a medium bowl, beat egg white until foamy, add nuts and toss to coat.

Add spiced sugar to bowl and stir to coat evenly.

Spread nuts on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 1 hour, shaking pan once or twice during baking to keep nuts separated.

Let nuts cool completely on the baking sheet, gently breaking apart any clumps. Store in an airtight container.
