Pumpkin Pie

1 can pure pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Combine all in a mixing bowl until smooth and well incorporated. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350°F and bake another 3o minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a rack before serving.
