Buttermilk Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat four
1 cup all-purpose flour
2-1/2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups buttermilk
2-1/2Tbs vegetable oil

Preheat griddle or skillet and brush with melted butter or oil.

Combine whole wheat flour, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Combine with buttermilk and oil, and add to flour mixture. Stir just until combined and spoon onto hot griddle to cook until done.
