Apple Yogurt Muffins

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2/3 cup plain yogurt
2/3 cup low-fat milk (2% or 1% or skim)
1/2 cup grated granny smith apple

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 12-muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or line with paper liners and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in yogurt, milk and grated apple, blending just until moist.

Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes or until well browned.
