Orange Horseradish Sauce

1 cup orange marmalade
4 tsp Fresh Horseradish Sauce or jarred grated horseradish
pinch cayenne pepper

Combine all in a small bowl to blend. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to allow flavors to meld.

A good English marmalade is best for this sauce as they are not quite as sweet as some American supermarket versions.
