Holiday Sauce

1, 18-oz jar pineapple preserves
1, 18-oz jar apple jelly
5 oz Dijon mustard
5 oz grated horseradish

Combine all in a large mixing bowl, spoon back into rinsed jars, and refrigerate at least 2 days before serving for flavors to meld. Use spooned over cream cheese as an appetizer, or use as a baste for your favorite holiday ham or pork. It also makes a good dipping sauce for Coconut Shrimp.
